Ms. Parkhurst is a general attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). She has been an employee of OCC/NIST since 2014. Ms. Parkhurst is the OCC/NIST attorney located at the NIST campus in Boulder, Colorado. She provides legal advice to NIST staff on NIST’s programmatic legal authority and works closely with NIST management and NIST scientists, engineers, and administrative staff to provide guidance and responses to their legal questions.
